Take a Seat.. We’ll be with You in a Moment.
Do you own a business that requires you to wait for service? Death-by-Boredom doesn’t have to be the way your customers meet their demise.
Turning on the T.V and switching to “Isidingo” would be the easiest way around this, yes? Unfortunately “Isidingo” doesn’t do much for product knowledge or brand awareness. So how do you keep customers occupied and entertained? You do this by showing them something that teaches them more about the product whilst it entertains.
For Scorpion Legal Protection, Creative Zoo Advertising had just the solution they were looking for. Scorpion Legal Protection is a legal insurance company that offers customers affordable legal cost insurance. As we all know, the law is written in jargon that only lawyers understand.
To show customers exactly how the product can work for them, we created an Audio/Visual that demonstrates everyday practical examples of the product in action. If you already have a willing audience, don’t pass up the opportunity to give them a show!
Educating customers about the product whilst further entrenching the brand into the mind of the consumer, were the objectives Creative Zoo needed to meet without having to sacrifice the entertainment value of the communication. To this end the message was created and conveyed in a style similar to that of the daily soap operas to which the market are accustomed and can relate.
The objectives your business needs to meet may be completely different, but the message you send must still engage customers in a way that helps them identify with the product. No matter who you are or what you do, if you do not understand how to use a product you will not buy it. Visually communicate the usefulness of your product and people will buy it. If they already have it, then they’ll be happy they bought it.
The secret to communication in this form is knowing what kind of entertainment appeals to your audience and applying it to your message accordingly. You already have the audience eating from the palm of your hand – all you have to do now is keep the food warm!
